I play the ever so important roles of law student, newlywed, believer, mother to an orange kitty, and life-long learner. I have a passion for details, and being able to express my creativity through a lens- capturing a real-life moment. It is just proof that even imperfect things can be made beautiful through a change in perspective!
My Background
I became interested in photography around halfway through my law school journey. I was experiencing burn out, and was yearning for a creative outlet! I bought my first DSLR from Facebook Marketplace, and started taking pictures of things around me. My first picture that I was proud of, was a stack of my law casebooks sitting on top of my coffee table (also from Facebook Marketplace). I edited that picture and realized- Hey! Even the things causing me the most stress can be made beautiful through the right lens. P.S.- check out that picture in my first blog post! From that moment, I couldn't stay away from the camera. Luckily, I have some good friends to model for me!
Now, I just love taking photos of all special moments, and every moment in between. From couples, to weddings, to seniors, to families- It's just fun to capture the emotions that life provides!
